Majestic Resorts – Majestic Las Vegas: A non-gaming luxury hotel set to open in 2027. A 45-story tower being built on site of the old Clarion, giving it a location just steps away from the expanding Las Vegas Convention Center. The hotel will have 720 rooms plus 35 corporate sky suites that will attract overflow from trade show events. In a break from the typical Vegas layout, Majestic will have a courtyard with six free-standing restaurants positioned around in a circular footprint.
