Final Weiser Business Park Phase Delivered
According to Bisnow, Trammell Crow Co. and joint venture partner Clarion Partners have now completed Phase 3 of Weiser Business Park in Northwest Houston. This final phase brings two Class-A industrial buildings, measuring 274K SF and 354K SF, at 14281 and 14311 Fallbrook Drive in Cypress. As a result, Weiser Business Park now offers a total of six buildings and about 1.7M SF of industrial space. Notably, the first two phases are fully leased, underscoring strong demand for industrial expansion in the area.
Development Pipeline Remains Active
The delivery highlights continued industrial expansion in Northwest Houston. Transwestern has started work on another four-building phase at its 1.4M SF logistics park nearby. This ongoing growth points to increasing interest from investors and users in the region’s industrial market.
